Lumi Mochi F07

The Lumi Mochi pendant lamp is available in four sizes and is made up of diffusers in white blown glass of a very particular shape. This lamp allows a very effective consistent light throughout the room. It is ideal for the kitchen, the living room or the lounge of a private home but also for restaurants, bars and hotels.
The young designers Saggia&Sommella aimed to create a collection of white-blown glass fixtures that went beyond the typical globe shape. The result was Lumi – a collection of four softly shaped fixtures, all featuring delicate, satin-finish blown glass diffusers: Baka, Mochi, Mycena, Poga, Sfera and White. The name Lumi was chosen for two reasons: the word “lume” in Italian is synonymous with light; in Finnish, the same word means “snow,” evoking the soft and delicate shapes of the diffusers.
