Giro

The purpose of lamps installed in vast spaces is to define the space around them. This is the main idea for the design by the Formfjord studio. The aim of the designers was to create a lamp which was sufficiently large, yet at the same time open, lightweight and airy. The solution was found in the simplicity and delicacy of thin steel rings, and their graphic shape, which attracted the attention of the designers who made these characteristics the main elements of this project, creating pendant lights which are sophisticated, lightweight sculptured objects.
