Fabbian Illuminazione Spa has participated, in the role of leader, in a research project sponsored by Luce in Veneto, in collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Padua (DEI) and the Multiphysics Lab Research Centre of Belluno.
Fabbian is taking part in a design exhibition at the Colegio de los arquitectos in Madrid, the roll of architects with the highest number of members in the whole of Spain. A selection of Fabbian products can be seen in the showcases of the historical Calle del Barquillo building, located in Madrid’s fashion district, very popular with artists and creative designers.

This new blog is going to reveal the secrets about a very special Fabbian lighting project, born with one of the most famous architect study, that will be realized in a place heart of the world economy. A lighting project that is so special to become a symbol, a sculpture, a work of art.
Fabbian Illuminazione took part with generosity and enthusiasm in the Milan Cathedral project called “Glass octagon to link heaven and earth”, based on an architectural project by Gianni Arlunno and contractor Paolo Criveller. This is a clear-glass structure which, inside Milan Cathedral, accommodates the information point and bookshop. Fabbian Illuminazione supplied all the lighting apparatus.
The exhibition ‘Armenia. Footprints of a Civilisation'”is perfectly lighted up by Fabbian’s projectors.
The exhibition, designed by the architect Torsello, takes place at Correr Museum until 10 April 2012, and is organised by Gabriella Uluhogian, Boghos Levon Zekiyan and Vartan Karapetian.
This event is part of the V Centenary celebration for the printing of the first book in Armenian in Venice. It winds along a chronological, thematic path leading visitors to over two hundred works including some extremely rare manuscripts and miniatures.
MATISSE. The seduction of Michelangelo is the title of the exhibition that will take place from February 11th to June 12th at the Museum of Santa Giulia in Brescia.
Restoration has recently terminated of Castel Thun, a stately home located in the municipality of Ton (TN), which now belongs to the province of Trento, but is managed by the Castle of the Buonconsiglio. The building, which dates back to the early-mid 13th century, currently has a design of Renaissance origin and is considered an interesting example of Trentino castle architecture. It contains a wealth of furnishings and decorations, thanks inter alia to its excellent state of preservation.
